Returns

• Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
• Please note 10% of the cost amount will be retained due to admin.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective

Exchanges

• We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
